She Steps Forward and Transforming Love Ministries are the combined vision of Elaine A. Lankford, an author, speaker, and leadership expert who serves whole-heartedly to help Christian women fully internalize their faith and move into their life's calling.
Throughout all her endeavors, she hopes to raise up the next generation of faith-based female leaders who will also become passionate in mentoring and empowering others to rise. Elaine has been endowed with a Godly vision that is transparent in her ministry's work. She holds her Christian values close to her heart and remains laser-focused on Biblical truth, emphasizing the significance of a unified community that is prayer-focused.
She founded She Steps Forward as a nonprofit in 2020, after establishing Transforming Love Ministries LLC four years earlier.
